There’s perhaps never been a truer word spoken than that old adage ‘You only get one chance to make a first impression.’ New clothes, diligently ironed? Check. Teeth, sparkling? Check. Hair, just right? Check. OK, time to make that potentially definitive first contact. Most people wouldn’t dream of turning up to an interview or meeting without presenting themselves well. Why? Because no matter who you are, first impressions count.
 
It’s the same when it comes to your brand. Just as the interviewer or those round a boardroom table might make a subconsciously definitive decision based on the first few seconds of meeting a person, the public do the same whether it be a brochure or full-blown TV campaign. So, there’s really no time to waste. It's got to be perfect from the word 'go'.
