Whatever size company you run, the health and safety of your employees is of paramount importance.

Yes, we know, health and safety isn’t always the most exciting topic to talk about but we think it can be wrapped up lots of different ways as part of your employee brand, dramatically enhancing the health and safety experience of your employees by bringing it to life in the workplace.

We recently had an excellent example of a client who approached us looking for ideas for a branded gift they could give to each of their 330 employees to celebrate reaching a safety record. 365 days with no accidents was a cause for celebration that saw factory workers taking home a medium sized branded first aid kit – a great way to recognise and commend safe working practices.

Safety Advice Packs

Creating an engaging and informative safety advice pack for each employee provides a constant reminder of key points. The design of the pack can be creative and interesting, enthusing the reader to take on-board the information being shared. Perhaps some pop-out facts and figures, different style folds of pages or maybe even some die-cut covers or packaging will help communicate your safety message.

Leaflets and Posters

Leaflets and posters are a useful way to communicate key messages around the office building. But how can they be more interesting than just a flat poster on the wall? Moveable parts or areas to write feedback or notes will make the poster literally stand out.

Notices and Safety Signs

Although formal safety signs are mostly governed by law, there’s no harm in adding extra awareness to office interiors to ensure your team knows where the nearest fire exit or first aid kit is. Be creative to be memorable.

High Vis Clothing

For many industries, high-vis clothing and protective head and footwear is a fundamental requirement, but these items can be customised to suit any brand need. Standing out from the crowd won’t be an issue if these items are adopted and promoted effectively.
