FAQs

    • If you are a client of ours who we have built a dedicated online stock management portal for then yes, you can place an order online. We don’t sell one-off commodities via our site, we prefer to add our value by creating ideas in support of our client’s requirements.

    • Yes, we can design a tailored online portal to specifically manage your stock. To help our clients take advantage of economies of scale, we can warehouse and call-off orders as and when requested. 

    • Yes, if you don’t use all the items requested for an event, for example, we will arrange collection and return delivery to our warehouse, updating your online stock management portal also.

    • We focus on delivering a service second to none, and will do our upmost to accommodate short lead time orders. It won’t always be possible, but we’ll always try our best.

    • While placing your order you’ll have been in contact with one of our Account and/or Production Planners. Our team will keep you as up-to-date as possible on your order but please contact your AM/PP if you have any queries.

    • We ensure all shipments are packaged appropriately for the size and transportation method required. For example, if a box we are sending out is not full, we make sure to fill the gaps with bubble wrap or paper so that items are kept secure during transit. 

    • If, for whatever reason, you needed to cancel your order, we would do our best to accommodate this accordingly. It’s important to note, however, that if production has commenced there will most likely be a cost incurred.   

    • We accept all methods of payment, including credit card (unfortunately not American Express) and bank transfer. Please note, we don’t accept orders or payment via our website.

    • We pride ourselves on being able to source any product for any occasion. From baseball caps and fleeces, to USBs and travel mugs, to adhesive labels and sales collateral – try and find something we can’t produce for you.

    • The chosen printing option will be dependent on a number of factors, mainly the type of product and space to print on to. For example, a USB could be screen printed or laser printed. We will always inform where there is a choice of printing options, and offer advice so that an informed decision can be made.

    • No, we work on the basis of making suitable suggestions based on the requirements of our clients – we’re not here to sell commodities. 

    • Yes, this year we have developed our own catalogue, handpicking the items included so it is unique to Streamline Corporate only. It can be downloaded from this page or you can request a hard copy mailing from our Marketing team.

    • Yes, we have warehousing facilities to give you peace of mind that your orders are stored safely, securely and ready for despatch when required. We’re here to make your life easier! 

    • If we hold your stock in our warehouses, we offer a UK-wide next-day delivery service. Otherwise, delivery times will be variable depending on the item and the supplier location, but this will be advised during the quotation process.

    • Yes, you tell us where you need your items to go and we will arrange accordingly. We’ll even arrange for return shipping if required. 

    • Yes, we have a team of Account Managers, who all work closely with dedicated Production Planners, to ensure our clients receive our superior service.
